About the shipment

Hello, Backers!
Thank you very much for backing our Key-Quest project!
We have some important information to share with everyone concerning delivery.

Delivery Schedule
Each reward will be shipped in order from Japan soon. The rewards should be delivered to backers around the end of June depending on the country of shipment. However, custom procedures, transportation accidents, and other complications (transport network blockages, strikes, etc.) could delay the delivery date.

Shipping Address Confirmation
Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before June 14 @ 8:00 p.m. (PDT). You can check it via the Backed Projects menu. If you need to update your shipping address after the deadline, you must contact Customer Support (support_keyquest@miraimode.com).
Important: Changes made via the Backed Projects menu after the deadline will not take effect.

Shipment Method
Tokyo Otaku Mode Inc. which manages Tokyo Mirai Mode is in charge of shipping the rewards. As a general rule of international mail, the delivery carrier used will depend on the country of shipment and region. (It’s not possible to choose a specific delivery carrier.)

Custom Duties Notice
Depending on the country and region, custom duties, VAT or other taxes, a custom handling fee, and other additional costs might be incurred at the time of acceptance. Please note that these are the responsibility of the importer.
